Change Of Mind
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so in the event that you are dissatisfied with your online order, we offer a refund if:
- You return the order within 14 days of receipt
- You have not worn or washed the returned item(s)
- Labels and swing tags are still attached and intact.

SHIPPING
We are happy to offer free shipping Australia wide on all orders over AU$80
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within two workings days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification with your tracking information.
English Laundry Australia uses Australia Post for all shipping. Australia Post advises standard shipping is within 2-5 business days. Delays may occur during peak season and unforeseen circumstances - these are out of our control.
