Yes, you can! We offer either a replacement, full refund or credit note in the event of a defective garment. You must make all returns and claims related to shortages or defects within 14 days of the receipt of your package.

Definitely. English Laundry Australia produces 300 pieces only per design, yes in a population of 25 million you have one of 300 shirts manufactured.

We are more than happy to accept a range of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

We receive new stock all the time. Your best bet is to log on and check out our website regularly. Stock never lasts long and, as all our shirt designs are limited edition, once a particular shirt is sold out, there's no way to order more in. 

We ship orders on Mondays through Fridays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible (usually within 48 hours). Once your shirts are shipped, it usually takes around 5 business days to reach most Australian addresses. 

Caring for 100% cotton mens shirts is much easier than what expect. The best bet is to:

• Cold machine wash with like-colours using a delicate cycle (avoid hot water as this can cause shrinkage)
• Add fabric softener to your load to help prevent wrinkles
• Remove shirts from the washing machine as soon as the load is finished
• Do not bleach, soak, wring or rub.
• To maintain colour fastness, dry inside-out away from direct sunlight.
• Do not tumble dry
• Warm iron
