Defective Items

In the event that you receive a defective garment, we offer either a replacement, full refund or credit note.

Claims must be made within 14 days of the receipt of your package.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so in the event that you are dissatisfied with your online order, we offer a refund if:

  • You return the order within 14 days of receipt
  • You have not worn or washed the returned item(s)
  • Labels and swing tags are still attached and intact.

Upon receipt of the return garment we will email you to confirm that you have met the above return-criteria and are eligible for a refund. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
