Pricing 

All prices on our site are in Australian dollars, including GST unless otherwise indicated. Prices are not inclusive of delivery charges.

 

Payment 

We accept payment via MasterCard, American Express and Visa. All of our credit card payments are made using at least SSL 128-bit encryption, and your details are not stored by us.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, we offer a return if: 

• You return the order within 14 days of receipt 
• You have not worn or washed the returned item(s) 
• Labels and swing tags are still attached and intact

Warranties 

To the extent of our legal obligations, Zacar Holdings PTY LTD (trading as English Laundry) excludes all conditions, warranties, guarantees and similar, whether express or implied, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied by us, other than those implied by statute which may not be legally excluded. Liabilities we have to you under Warranties, that are implied by statute and cannot be excluded are subject to limitations.

 

Limitation of Liability 

In no event, to the limits of our legal obligation, will Zacar Holdings PTY LTD (trading as English Laundry) accept responsibility to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages of any type whatsoever related to or arising from the supply of goods or services via this website or the use of such goods or services by any person, including, without limitation, any lost profits or savings, damage to or loss of property or personal injury (including death), even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. This waiver of liability applies to all causes of action, whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theories. In the event of the above exclusion of liability not being enforceable, or deemed invalid or ineffective it will be removed from the above terms and in its place a maximum aggregate liability for damages, losses and other amounts referred to in the above exclusion of liability under any cause of action referred to in the above exclusion of liability is limited to A$5.00.
